is looking for a candidate for the position of:

Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Warsaw / hybrid work

 

Job Description:

ENGIE is a global leader in the energy transition. We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our GBU Local Infrastructure Energy (LEI) in Poland and play a key strategic role in shaping HR priorities within an international environment.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner for managers and employees across the business.
  • Support organizational transformations and workforce planning activities.
  • Advise on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Guide managers through the full People Management Cycle (performance, development, salary review, engagement, recruitment, onboarding, exits).
  • Be a key contact for employees regarding development, career paths, and mobility.
  • Strengthen social dialogue and cooperation within the organization.
  • Use HR analytics and digital tools to support data‑driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Operations and Centers of Expertise.
  • Lead a small team of HR Business Partners.
  • Report to the HR Director Poland and functionally to HR VP GBU LEI (France).

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in an international or multi‑company environment.
  • University degree (psychology, economics, management, law preferred).
  • Strong experience in change management and transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Fluent English (working proficiency).
  • Solid knowledge of Polish labor law.
