- Allocate work within the team, prioritise tasks, and ensure adequate cover for phones and emergencies at all times.
- Identify and implement process improvements through root cause analysis to increase team efficiency.
- Represent the team in internal and external meetings, including customer, agent, and performance reviews.
- Deputise for the Team Leader during absences and support team reporting on task and individual performance.

- Proven ability to coach and mentor colleagues on technical subjects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical approach to implementing solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong numerical and document writing skills.
- Effective communication skills, able to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English; degree level preferred. Previous team leader support or training experience is desirable.

- A diverse range of missions spanning settlement, reconciliation, industry compliance, and process improvement.
- Stimulating work in a dynamic energy market where your expertise directly impacts business performance.
- A friendly and supportive team environment where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are valued.
- Flexibility and work-life balance to help you thrive both professionally and personally.
