Responsible for tracking and closing the loop on department's key tasks, including updating the status of key tasks and highlighting risks of overdue tasks.
Organize department meetings and regional review operation meetings, including gathering agenda items, collecting materials for discussions, and summarizing meeting minutes.
Develop department learning plans and training activities, including organizing learning activities related to policies and regulations, scheduling trainers for training courses, coordinating the review of training materials, managing attendance and conducting satisfaction surveys, analysis, and reporting.
Organize and plan external learning and exchange activities, including communication with external parties, arranging travel and agendas, and summarizing related work.
Provide support at the project level, such as convening project meetings and documenting meeting minutes, as well as managing and reminding critical milestone reporting to higher-ups.
Organize and plan department team-building activities, including but not limited to birthday celebrations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, departmental honor wall displays, and motivation events with allied teams.
Responsible for organizing, writing, and publishing department business briefs and image promotion materials.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use them as working languages.
Qualifications:
3 or more years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Preferably, 1-2 years of experience working in a multinational company and experience in supporting remote businesses across multiple countries.
Education Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
