Mission

To act strategically and analytically in the areas of Controllership and Financial Planning, focusing on monitoring economic and financial performance. This role will be responsible for tracking key indicators of the operational unit, contributing to efficient budget management and the continuous improvement of business profitability.

 

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze monthly financial results, budgets, forecasts, and long-term projections;

  • Monitor the budget process of the operational unit and support cost governance;

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of various forecasting exercises, the annual budget, and the Medium-Term Plan (MTP), mainly through interaction and dialogue with business areas;

  • Monitor and propose improvements to financial and operational KPIs, focusing on profitability and efficiency;

  • Develop financial models and management reports to support strategic decision-making by the board;

  • Act proactively in identifying deviations, risks, and financial opportunities;

  • Analyze, monitor, and report actual performance on a monthly basis, ensuring alignment with annual objectives;

  • Contribute to the reporting and communication of actual results and the budget/MTP of the Business Unit (BU);

  • Participate in financial and operational committees, representing the controllership area;

  • Support cross-functional projects for continuous improvement, automation, and financial digital transformation.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting;

  • Experience in Controllership, Financial Planning, and Performance Analysis;

  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar);

  • Ability to work strategically, with business insight and communication with senior leadership;

  • Advanced English

 

Differentials

  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or related fields is a plus.
