MISSION
To actively contribute to the company's management by providing critical support and coordinating planning to achieve the highest levels of performance with safety. Responsible for effective analysis, administration, and execution of financial resources, including cash flow management and accounts payable/receivable. Act as a driver of continuous improvement, working with stakeholders to create performance indicators in Controllership and support the implementation of cost-reduction programs led by the Supply Management department at the BU Brazil level
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and support the preparation of monthly management reports;

Coordinate and support the preparation of the annual budget, multi-year budget, and investment plan;

Monitor the Controllership team, including checking the publication of public notices and licenses related to future investments;

Oversee contract terms, amendments, settlements, and receipts;

Supervise the filing of contracts along with their execution (invoices and payment receipts);

Support daily bank transaction control through the ERP system to identify any overdrafts or unmatched accounting entries;

Maintain relationships with banks by providing necessary company information, updating records, and responding to document requests;

Support monitoring of customer debt positions for approval of new purchase orders;

Oversee contracts related to service provision, leasing, rent, and long-term financing to ensure timely payments;

Supervise and support the preparation of cash flow forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual).
REQUIREMENTS

Completed higher education;

Fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, or related areas;

Languages: Advanced English;

Proven experience in Finance, cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, Controllership, and budgeting;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
