Your mission
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across all project phases, overseeing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with project and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the project quality program, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to identify, address, and resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor quality performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and traceability of all quality-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects, with at least 8 years in quality control and/or commissioning of MEP systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and best practices in large-scale projects.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and mission-critical project environments.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
