Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with overall project objectives.
- Analyze, monitor, and optimize the project critical path, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Track project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions in coordination with the project team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring proper integration of all project activities and alignment with established timelines and milestones.
- Prepare regular reports and provide schedule analysis to support decision-making and ensure effective project control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in scheduling and planning complex construction or infrastructure projects, preferably within Data Center environments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within large-scale engineering or construction projects.
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
