Your Mission

As an Electrical Lead, you will lead the supervision and coordination of the project's electrical installations, ensuring proper execution, quality, and compliance with technical, safety, and construction standards within a Data Center project. You will work closely with the client, engineering teams, contractors, and other MEP disciplines to ensure the proper integration and execution of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support to the project management and construction teams on electrical matters.
• Lead and supervise electrical construction and installation activities on site.
• Coordinate electrical installations with other MEP disciplines and project specialties.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and resolve technical interfaces, clashes, and construction issues during project execution.
• Monitor compliance with construction, inspection, testing, and quality control procedures for electrical installations.
• Participate in technical meetings with the client, engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support the planning, sequencing, and coordination of electrical construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and applicable project standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and/or construction on large-scale projects, with at least 3 to 5 years of specific experience in Data Center construction or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating electrical teams and contractors on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures related to electrical installations.
• Experience coordinating with clients, engineering teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as BIM and CAD.
• Relevant industry certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate complex engineering concepts fluently in both languages.
• Ability to work on-site in a construction environment and on highly complex projects.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments. The interview will be conducted in English.
