Your mission

As Electrical Engineer, you will support design, engineering, and on-site execution for a Data Center project, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in design and field engineering, supporting all project phases from initial planning to commissioning.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, budgets, schedules, and commissioning reports.
Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Provide technical guidance to client operations teams, ensuring compliance with regional and project standards.
Address engineering requests, resolve technical issues, and support site execution in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Adapt engineering designs to local standards and project specifications.
Support integration of new technologies and localization of engineering solutions.
Ensure quality assurance and control processes, supporting vendors and overseeing testing and commissioning activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial or critical infrastructure projects (GIS substations, data centers, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, laboratory, power, water, etc.).
Strong knowledge of GIS & AIS substations, HV, MV, LV systems and electrical distribution (ATS, PMS, PCU, RPPs), busducts, UPS, and diesel generators.
Knowledge of Chilean electrical standards and regulations.
Strong technical expertise in electrical systems within large-scale construction environments.
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and complex engineering projects.
Proven experience in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical projects (preferred).
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
Ability to work in multicultural environments (interview will be conducted in English).
