Your mission
As Construction Manager, you will support project execution on-site, ensuring proper coordination, supervision, and compliance with construction, safety, and technical standards in a Data Center project.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the project management team.
- Support project control and reporting during execution.
- Anticipate and help resolve interferences and on-site issues.
- Lead supervision of construction and site activities.
- Assist the client in construction sequencing and coordination.
- Supervise sourcing, manufacturing, and transportation processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction and engineering.
- Proven experience in Data Centers or critical infrastructure projects (highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and contingency planning.
- Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments (interview will be conducted in English).
