Your mission
As Commissioning Lead Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate commissioning activities for a large-scale Data Center project, ensuring alignment with client standards, technical requirements, and project timelines within a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
Lead commissioning activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications, and client standards.
Coordinate with client-appointed commissioning agents and internal teams throughout all project phases.
Develop, review, and manage commissioning plans, testing procedures, and technical documentation.
Oversee quality assurance and control processes during commissioning, including field testing and validation of systems.
Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues during commissioning, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Act as the main point of contact for commissioning-related matters with stakeholders, contractors, and client representatives.
Identify potential risks during the commissioning phase and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
Ensure successful completion of commissioning activities and readiness for operational handover.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in commissioning of industrial or critical infrastructure projects (GIS & AIS substations, data centers, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, laboratory, power, water, etc.).
Strong technical knowledge of commissioning processes within complex construction environments.
Knowledge of electrical equipment, cooling systems, water systems, backup diesel generators, and fire protection systems.
Experience working in multidisciplinary and mission-critical environments.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
Ability to work in multicultural environments (interview will be conducted in English).
