Position Mission: Contribute to the growth of the Natural Gas network in the expanding market and new developments, as well as to the saturation of existing networks, planning the established objectives, ensuring and supervising compliance with the commercial collaboration agreement, implementing strategies that address both infrastructure and customer relations and the customer brand that help meet the sales targets and customer commissioning set by the company.

Your Impact: As Sales Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:

Ensure that the Points of Sale comply with the points stipulated in the commercial collaboration agreement. Ensure compliance with the new Commercial Scheme as stipulated in the procedure.

Field prospecting of new distribution areas, new developments, detection of possible clients in the densification area. Manage socialization activities through informative neighborhood meetings and events based on the needs of the project and the region.

Responsible for managing and coordinating action plans, activities, and commercial strategies in the field that help achieve 100% of the sales target assigned, including brigades, placement of modules, and advertising campaigns, etc.

Generation of strategies for brand positioning in synergy with Sales & Marketing across the different responsible parties monitoring daily contracting from lead capture to the loading of PES into the system. Control and management of the pre-client portfolio ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner during installation by the pre-client and in accordance with the legal requirements stipulated in the commercial collaboration agreement. Customer satisfaction.

Synergy with the validation technician to ensure field validation (sample) of the internal installations, construction of the manifold carried out by the Point of Sale, and assembly of the meter in the field carried out by the validation technician, based on the needs of the region. Compliance with the commissioning is until the completion of the Field PES and registration in the system.

Loading into the system the installations made by the Point of Sale, ensuring that the PES is recorded as successful for its proper counting. Compliance with the commissioning is until the conclusion of the PES in the field and registration in the system.

Responsible for training salespeople at the points of sale. Related to sales strategies and closures, as well as training on the Fénix system. In addition to the procedures and manuals of the commercial area.

Requirements: To join our team as Sales Supervisor, we are looking for:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degrees in Economic-Administrative fields with five years of experience in field sales, development of sales strategies in new developments, and team management.
  • Languages: not required
