We are currently searching for Sales Manager Multisites in S&EM Italy, based in Milan.

What will you do?
We are looking for a Sales Manager Multisites to join our sales team and manage a team of key account manager focused on multisites in the electricity and gas sector. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term portfolio of multisites customers, understanding their needs and requirements, managing a sales team.
You will have to do the following tasks:
- Collaborate actively with the Head of Downstream;
- Managing a sales team of Key Account Manager;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers for electricity and gas supply;
- Develop business with a strong achievement S-P results;
- Provide/manage a budget for the multisites segment;
- Contribute for the negotiation of contracts;
- Propose actively in structuring and building new products and services;
- Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty and resolve any issues or complaints;
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customers;
- Provide feedback and insights internally to improve our offerings and competitive edge;
- Participate to the team’s spirit and collaborate transversally with other sales manager.
About YOU
- Experience as Sales Manager Multisites in the electricity and gas sector
- At least ten years of experience as Sales Manager in the electricity and gas market, products, and regulations;
- Excellent high-stress management, especially he/she must show outstanding ability to manage stress in scenarios where quick reactions are needed;
- Fluent English and Italian;
- Willingness to be part of a team, possessing a strong team spirit, and motivate a sales team
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated and results-oriented;
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field
- The candidate must be willing to travel in Italy and abroad;
- A third language would be a plus.
Type of contract:
Permanent contract according to Italian labour law
