Your mission
The QS – GR Package Assistant will support the PMC commercial team in the cost management, tracking, and administration of the General Requirements (GR) package on large-scale Data Center projects.
The role focuses on day-to-day commercial support, including cost tracking, progress validation, change logging, and payment assistance, ensuring GR costs are accurately monitored and aligned with project controls and client governance.

Your key responsibilities
GR Cost Management & Tracking
• Support tracking of GR package costs, commitments, and forecasts
• Maintain GR cost trackers and support monthly cost reporting
• Assist in monitoring budget consumption, trends, and cost risks
Change & EWN Support
• Assist in identifying, logging, and tracking EWNs related to GR activities
• Support preparation of backup documentation for GR variations and change orders
• Maintain GR change registers and status updates
Payment Applications & Progress Support
• Support review of GR contractor payment applications
• Assist in validating time sheets, quantities, rates, and supporting documentation
• Support alignment between reported GR progress and claimed costs
Reporting & Data Coordination
• Provide GR inputs for monthly cost and project performance reports
• Support coordination with Project Controls, Planning, and EHS teams for GR-related data
• Assist in maintaining consistency between GR commercial data and project dashboards
Data Center–Specific Responsibilities
• Support management of GR scopes typical to Data Center projects, including site management, logistics, security, access control, temporary facilities, welfare, and shared site services
• Assist in tracking GR activities within fast-track and phased Data Center delivery environments
• Support alignment with Data Center standards, safety requirements, and site protocols
Stakeholder Support
• Support senior QS and Contract Managers in GR-related meetings and reviews
• Assist in responding to ad-hoc commercial and data requests from the PMC and project teams
• Maintain effective working relationships with GR contractors and internal stakeholders
Who you are
Education
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
Experience
• Experience in a QS assistant or commercial support role on construction projects
• Exposure to GR / preliminaries / site-wide cost packages is an advantage
• Experience on Data Center or mission-critical projects is a plus
Skills & Competencies
• Basic understanding of GR / preliminaries cost structures
• Strong numerical and organizational skills
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-contractor environment
