Project Control Manager

Your mission  
The Project Control Manager will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and coordination of project control tools, dashboards, and reporting for large-scale Data Center projects.
The role focuses on project performance monitoring, reporting governance, data consolidation, and cross-functional coordination, supporting the Project Controls and wider project team. The Project Control Manager will act as a key point of contact for project data, reporting accuracy, and performance visibility across safety, quality, cost, resources, and documentation.

Your key responsibilities  

Project Control Tools & Dashboards
•    Create, maintain, and continuously improve project control tools and dashboards, including:
o    Commodity Tracker
o    EHS Dashboard
o    BOTG Dashboard
o    Quality Dashboard
o    Document Control Dashboard
o    EWN Indicators
•    Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project and client standards

Access & Resource Management
•    Manage and monitor access control applications for Visitors, Delivery Personnel, Workers, and Client Representatives
•    Analyse workforce resources using badging / time-tracking data
•    Support workforce visibility and reporting through resource analytics

Safety & Induction Support
•    Manage and update the daily safety induction quiz
•    Support EHS performance tracking and reporting in coordination with the EHS team

Reporting & Performance Management
•    Create, coordinate, and issue the following project reports:
•    Weekly Project Control Report, including preparation, presentation, and facilitation of Project Controls meetings
•    Monthly DCS Report
•    Monthly Project Performance Report
•    Monthly CATScan, including preparation of a one-page executive summary for DCS
•    Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and clarity of all reports
•    Communicate reporting updates, changes, and enhancements to stakeholders

Cost Tracking & invoicing Support
•    Support project billing and cost tracking activities, including:
o    Resource Loader actuals versus baseline tracking
o    Time tracking and validation of external resources
o    Review and support of payment applications
o    Preparation of overtime data for EWN creation
o    Monthly review and financial alignment with the designated finance contact
•    Ensure consistency between resource data, reporting, and invoicing

Stakeholder Coordination
•    Act as a primary interface with stakeholders for ad-hoc requests and reporting needs
•    Support communication related to reporting structure, new indicators, and process updates
•    Ensure alignment between project controls, finance, planning, and EHS teams

Cross-Functional Project Support
•    Provide ad-hoc support to project departments, particularly Planning and EHS, including:
o    Development of tools, trackers, forms, and templates
o    Support in defining and improving project processes and workflows

 

Who you are  

Education
•    Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent

Experience
•    Proven experience in Project Controls, Reporting, or Performance Management on large-scale construction or Data Center projects
•    Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments

Skills & Competencies
•    Strong analytical and data management skills
•    Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (sheets, dashboards, data visualization tools)
•    Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills
•    Strong attention to detail and data integrity
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Data Center environment
