Your mission
As Contract Lead Manager, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle across multiple data center projects, from tender phase through to close-out. You will lead and develop a team of Contract Managers, ensuring consistency, compliance, and performance across projects. Your role will be essential in driving process improvement, mitigating risks, and building strong, transparent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. By implementing efficient contract management practices, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-value infrastructure projects.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Contract Managers across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment with company goals.
- Define and implement standardized processes, templates, and tools for efficient contract management.
- Support the development, review, and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage internal procurement follow-up from contract agreement through to purchase order release.
- Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including handling change orders, claims, and disputes.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring contractual compliance and resolving any issues that arise.
- Review and validate subcontractor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments within project budgets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, including those related to delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all contractual activities.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation including contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor overall contract performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with design teams and project leads to ensure alignment with technical and commercial goals.
- Support the planning and coordination of multiple contract management processes across projects.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.

Your qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Certification such as Certified Contract Manager (CCM) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and dispute resolution methods.
- Experience working in data center design or similar technical environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency with G Suite applications is a plus.
- Experience working in international or global project environments is a strong asset.
