Your mission
As Project Lead in our Infrastructures department, you will contribute to our mission every day by playing a crucial role in leading the on-site execution of large-scale projects within our PMC organization. You will act as a central point of coordination and supervision, ensuring that construction works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with the project’s quality, cost, and scheduling targets. Through your leadership, you will foster collaboration, enforce compliance, and ensure seamless stakeholder engagement throughout the full construction lifecycle
Your key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities across packages to ensure alignment with project objectives, client expectations, and best practices.
- Supervise construction works and monitor progress against schedule and budget; propose and implement mitigation plans as needed.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings between the PMC and SPCs.
- Manage interface coordination between Package Leads and operational facilities (DCOps).
- Ensure the strict implementation of safety measures in compliance with local laws and the Google EHS GSAFE program.
- Conduct safety inspections, enforce Stop Work Authority (SWA), and perform spot checks for social compliance.
- Be the escalation point for contractor management and subcontractor issues, ensuring smooth collaboration and performance tracking.
- Monitor construction costs and invoice processes, with the support of the Commercial Manager, ensuring alignment with project budget.
- Proactively identify and mitigate construction-related risks across packages, in coordination with Project Control and Package Leads.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of QA/QC and commissioning plans, supported by the QCx Lead.
- Supervise the implementation of BIM and document control processes; act as escalation point for these streams.
- Maintain detailed construction records and provide regular reports to PMC and client stakeholders on status, challenges, and mitigations.
- Coordinate the Return of Experience (REX) process with PMC team input.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to the PMC team by setting expectations, mentoring team members, and promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Assess workloads and required competencies for optimal team allocation

Your qualification
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project or construction management.
- Proven experience working with international clients and large contractor teams.
- Solid understanding of EHS, QA/QC, and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with BIM and document control systems.
- Experience with infrastructure projects such as data centers or large industrial facilities is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset
