During the construction phase, the BIM Coordinator ensures that the BIM model is fully leveraged and aligned with the client’s standards and expectations for the operation of the facilities (maintenance and refurbishment works).

Your key responsibilities  

BIM Execution and Coordination :
•    Run project progress reports, model federation, multidiscipline clash detection, reporting/ model, health check, dashboards, etc to the clients requirements.
•    Run the BIM review process with the design and construction teams.
•    Ensure models from all disciplines are uploaded on time and in the correct format.
Technical Expertise:
•    Experience setting up and running B360 & ACC projects with advanced Navisworks Manage,    BIM360 Issues, and BEP Authoring skills.
•    Audit 2D CAD drawings and 3D models for accuracy and compliance.
•    Produce and maintain live Navisworks nwf files with clash detection reports for 3D projects.
•    Create animated fly-through animations as required using Revit and Navisworks Manage.
•    Ensure BIMs are of optimum quality and appropriate Level of Development (LOD).
•    Use dedicated compare tools to check model materials, Uniclass coding, and model changes.
•    Collaborate effectively with internal and external design teams, including planning and managing the collaboration process.
•    Participate in project meetings and presentations to present BIM progress and clash detection reports.

 
We would love to hear from people with  

•    Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination.
•    Experience with BIM360, ACC, Navisworks Manage, Revit, and AutoCAD.
•    In-depth understanding of BIM principles, standards, and best practices.
•    Understanding of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) and technical services.
•    Ability to coordinate MEP services within a 3D modelling environment.
•    Experience working in a data center design environment (advantageous).
•    Proficiency in G Suite applications (advantageous).
•    English mandatory
