The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead and evolve our internal CRM and workflows roadmap. This role is on the front lines—bridging Sales, Marketing, Support, Engineering, and Delivery to deliver scalable operational improvements that unlock exceptional client experiences across the business. You’ll own strategic decision-making for our CRM tools and processes, turning complexity into seamless workflows.
Role Responsibilities:

Own the CRM (Salesforce) roadmap—prioritize initiatives that improve internal efficiency and drive superior client experiences.

Identify pain points and friction in current operational processes; design improvements and new features to address them.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, Engineering, and Delivery to align roadmap to evolving business needs.

Gather, analyze, and leverage data, customer feedback, and stakeholder input to inform decisions.

Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for CRM-related projects.

Build business cases for changes; ruthlessly prioritize for impact, effort, and alignment with company strategy.

Launch, monitor, and iterate on process and technology changes. Follow up to ensure improvements stick.

Communicate and collaborate with a broad list of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Experience and Education:
Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; engineering, environmental science, computer science concentration.

5+ years in product management or equivalent, with a focus on internal tools or enterprise software.

Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional projects that improve efficiency or user experience.

Experience collaborating across diverse business teams (Sales, Support, Engineering, Marketing, Delivery).

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; skilled at surfacing and resolving misalignment.

Comfort with data—can dig deep into metrics and feedback to drive evidence-based improvements.

Ability to drive clarity from ambiguity.

Experience with CRM systems required; Salesforce experience is a strong plus.

The target pay range for this role is $111,000-$161,000.
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
