We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate HR team as an HR IS  (Human Resources Information Systems) Junior Analyst.

 As a team our objective is to ensure data quality and to provide actionable HR data at fingertips that contribute to the global performance of the company.


In this role you will:

  • provide support and assistance in the management, maintenance, and enhancement of our Human Resources Information Systems
  • collaborate with various stakeholders from our worldwide organization to ensure data integrity, system functionality, and process improvements

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of the HRIS, including data collection, data entry, system maintenance, and troubleshooting of user issues.
  • Assess the Business Requirements, propose solutions and feasibility-analysis and translate them into clear Functional Specifications.
  • Support HR system implementations and upgrades by coordinating testing, documenting requirements, and providing end-user training.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements, process improvements, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Develop HR reports, dashboards and KPI to support data-driven decision-making and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide user support and resolve inquiries related to HR systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations by maintaining confidentiality and implementing necessary controls.
  • Monitor the quality of the data and implement corrective and governance actions.
  • Implement solution that automate as much as possible the monitoring processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to HR systems and technology.




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent by experience.
  • Prior experience or internship in HR or HRIS is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail is a mandatory asset.
  • Proficient in data processing, analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Python, SAP Analytics, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (in particular SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ideally fluent in English and French or Dutch.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated interest in HR systems, analytics, and emerging HR technologies.
