Responsibilities 

  • Assist in implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), part of IMS.
  • Support in the development of Quality management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures.
  • Assist to manage and ensure all quality processes are in compliance to Standards and Company's requirements
  • Lead Document controller for the IMS system
  • Assist in the review of QMS processes and workflow to meet operational needs
  • Facilitate both internal and external audits, monitor and continuous improvement 
  • Conduct audits and compliance checks to assess QMS performance, identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on QMS related issue
  • Support company’s business effort and projects for client engagement and support, assist in the tender bidding
  • Participate in project, work studies, company-wide activities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Administer, monitor and track the Regional Due Diligence process.
  • Interface with entities professionals & provide support and improve the quality process performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications. 
  • Support development of house training material/video, organise and maintain records.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in quality related work 
  • Preferably ISO9001 Internal Auditor certified
  • Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour  
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism 
  • Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
