Role Summary 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business development team from local entities and the primary responsibility will be to propose technical solutions that enhances the business offerings to the clients. This role is critical in driving digital transformation strategy. By leveraging technology, we aim to achieve greater energy and operational efficiency while increasing customers’ satisfaction. 



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives for ENGIE South East Asia. 
  • Lead the digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, APM, operations) to identifying opportunities to leverage technology for new business offering or process optimization.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the digital team which supports business development activities, execution of digital projects and product development roadmap of integrated digital platform. Provide technical guidance, support and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Facilitate change management in the adoption of digital technologies to enhance operational excellence by collaborating with diverse stakeholders



  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent 
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in digital leadership role or with proven track record of driving successful digital initiatives or in product management 
  • Good knowledge of controls and digital solution in the energy business such as HVAC controls, building automation and energy efficiency, IoT, AI etc. 
  • Have a keen interest in emerging technologies to support and improve customer experience 
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive and influence change management.
  • Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
