Role Summary
This role plays a business support function where you will work closely with the business development team from local entities to propose technical solution which enhance the business offering to the client. You will also play a key role in driving digital transformation to achieve greater energy and operational efficiency and increase in customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Support Regional Business Development Activities
- Provide business development support in preliminary proposal development, contract drafting and negotiation for key accounts
- Lead technology proposals in tenders specifically for digital solutioning (proposal drafting, vendor sourcing, costing, customer pitch)
- Collaborate closely with local entities to develop new business offerings with customized commercial packs
- Develop digital solution commercial packs (costing, presentation, demo)
- Support local business development teams in accelerating processes with the development of processes and tools
Technology Scouting and Market Intelligence
- Engage clients actively to identify market needs in decarbonization across three main verticals (real estate, industries, data centre)
- Perform market research on new technologies based on market needs
- Lead the regional execution of technology scouting, partner selection and prioritization of pilot projects, and negotiate required contracts
- Work closely with the implementation team to pilot and roll-out new solutions arising from successful POCs.
Requirements
- Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably 3 years in pre and post sales engineering
- Good understanding of HVAC controls, building automation with energy efficiency.
- Knowledge of power distribution systems and familiar with digital solution is an advantage
- Keen interest in emerging technologies to support and improve consumer experience at interview and application
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
