Who are we looking for?
To support our growth ambitions in Italy, we are looking for a talented Financial Planning Analys to join our Administration, Finance & Control team in Milan (Via Chiese 72).
You will report to the Financial Planning Manager and you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on cash flow during the end-of-month closing, budgeting processes and rolling forecast activity
What will you do?
- Support the forecast, end-month closing, and reporting processes for cash flow, working capital, and related key performance indicators.
- Contribute to rolling forecast cycles, analyzing actual performance against targets and explaining key variances.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and management reports to support monthly reviews
- Monitor financial and operational performance trends, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve planning accuracy and visibility.
- Collaborate with accounting and business teams to ensure data consistency and timely delivery of planning and reporting inputs.
- Support process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across planning and performance reporting activities.
Why you?:
- Degree in Economics or equivalent University qualification
- Experience in cash flow management
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP (FI-CO)
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken english
- Team working skills
- Experience in the energy sector is considered a plus
