Who are we looking for?

To support our growth ambitions in Italy, we are looking for a talented Financial Planning Analys to join our Administration, Finance & Control team in Milan (Via Chiese 72). 

You will report to the Financial Planning Manager and you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on cash flow during the end-of-month closing, budgeting processes and rolling forecast activity

What will you do?

• Support the forecast, end-month closing, and reporting processes for cash flow, working capital, and related key performance indicators.
• Contribute to rolling forecast cycles, analyzing actual performance against targets and explaining key variances.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses and management reports to support monthly reviews
• Monitor financial and operational performance trends, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve planning accuracy and visibility.
• Collaborate with accounting and business teams to ensure data consistency and timely delivery of planning and reporting inputs.
• Support process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across planning and performance reporting activities.

Why you?:

• Degree in Economics or equivalent University qualification
• Experience in cash flow management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP (FI-CO)
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken english
• Team working skills
• Experience in the energy sector is considered a plus
