Renewables Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a Renewables Maintenance Assistant to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a technically relevant environment, contributing directly to the generation of sustainable energy.

Your responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of structures, solar panels, cables, connectors, and other components of the photovoltaic system, identifying possible anomalies.
• Carry out tightening of electrical and mechanical connections in junction boxes, string boxes, and distribution panels.
• Replace simple components such as fuses, connectors, modules, and bolts.
• Support qualified maintenance technicians in more complex corrective and preventive maintenance activities, acting as technical and operational support.
• Report anomalies observed in the field through records in the company’s maintenance system.
• Strictly comply with occupational health and safety, environmental, and occupational health procedures.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of work areas and materials under your responsibility.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT registration.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the renewable energy technical field.
• Basic knowledge of computer tools, including email and Excel.
• Collaborative interpersonal profile, with responsibility and proactivity in daily activities.
• Previous experience in maintenance will be considered a plus.
• Basic English is desirable but not required.
