What You Can Expect

The Project Management Director is a supervisory position within the Operations Team reporting structure that will have multiple direct reports. The Project Management Director will be assigned as the primary manager of all phases of a project, with the objective of  providing Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control, successfully developing and completing projects on time, and within budget, while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards and producing strong customer references. The position will provide assistance in solution development, technology selection, staff building and customer interaction primarily within Wastewater Treatment market. The Project Management Director will assist and support Business Development Specialists in efforts to develop and validate Waste Water Treatment project concepts and manage the transition from sales to project execution.  The position will bridge the development and execution of projects to ensure consistency and quality of work product and delivery of best value to customers while assisting and supporting Engineering and Business Development Specialists in efforts to develop and validate project concepts.  The position will also provide mentorship and training to other project team members and ENGIE DES staff.   The position supports the projected growth of the assigned business unit.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Technical or Engineering field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ in Project Management and/or Project Engineering
  • Experience with focus on the wastewater process and renewable natural gas

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 20% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record; this role may include driving a company vehicle
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $146,300 – $224,135 USD annually

 

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
