SUMMARY: |
The Solutions and Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing content-driven marketing strategies that support tiered programs and campaigns, enhance brand and solution positioning, prioritize SEO, and enable the sales organization. This role curates and creates a variety of assets—such as reports, thought leadership, videos, presentations and case studies—aligned to specific buyer personas, industry sectors, and strategic themes. |

The pay range for this role is: $ 71,000-120,000 Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: |
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 5+ years in B2B product or solutions marketing, preferably within a regulated industry (e.g., energy, finance, technology). Strong content creation, storytelling, and messaging development experience across buyer journeys. Proven ability to align messaging and strategy across multiple tiers, programs, and personas. Demonstrated expertise in SEO strategy, sales enablement and competitive positioning. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, and PowerPoint; experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms a plus.
