The Role:
This role leads the strategy, governance, and automation of all financial data, creating a single source of truth that powers reporting, modeling, and insights across the organization. It partners closely with FP&A, Accounting, and IT to build scalable BI tools, define KPIs, and elevate financial acumen company‑wide.
In This Role, You Will:
- Own and drive the enterprise finance data strategy, ensuring a unified, scalable, and accurate single source of financial truth.
- Lead development of KPI definitions and financial data models that support consistent and reliable reporting.
- Define the roadmap for reporting automation, data integration, and analytics innovation across Finance.
- Oversee governance, deployment, and continuous improvement of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and related finance analytics platforms.
- Provide strategic input into the ERP data model, ensuring strong alignment with accounting, FP&A, and reporting needs.
- Partner with IT to guide the finance side of ERP deployment, including integrations and system design decisions.
- Lead integration and optimization of Adaptive Planning to support forecasting, modeling, and performance management.
- Work closely with FP&A teams to translate business requirements into scalable reporting, modeling, and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and alignment between operational and financial data.
- Partner with Business Executives to build actionable dashboards, financial models, and insights that support decision‑making.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Finance, IT, and business units to ensure alignment on data strategy, priorities, and execution.
- Build financial acumen across the broader organization by enabling teams with intuitive tools, storytelling, and data‑driven insights.
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing finance data & analytics team with strong technical, analytical, and business‑partnering skills.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, data literacy, and transparent measurement of performance
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Financial Systems, Data & Analytics, or related roles.
- Deep expertise with ERP systems, Power BI, data visualization, and financial data modeling.
- Proven track record partnering with FP&A, Controllers, IT, and Executives to deliver large‑scale data or reporting solutions.
- Demonstrated success building and automating dashboards, semantic layers, and reporting systems at scale.
- Experience leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and developing organizational financial literacy.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, data structures, and operational drivers.
- Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; finance, accounting or a related business discipline.
- Master’s Degree preferred in one of the following fields; finance, accounting or a related business discipline.
- May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements
Work Environment:
- A majority of our employees work remotely or in hybrid roles and we have locations across the country and around the globe.
- This role is expected to travel 10% of the time.

The target pay range for this position is $128,000-$180,000.
In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the pay range above represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual pay will vary depending on factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
