Position Mission: Ensure the operation, administration and coordination of the areas in charge: Stations, Gas Pipelines and Networks, with the purpose of guaranteeing the operation and continuity of the Tractebel Digaqro distribution system, through compliance with the Annual Maintenance Plan, as well as the Obtaining the network operation opinion from the authority competent and the execution of the required special projects

Your Impact: As Operation and Maintenance Manager , you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions: 

Monitor the operation and maintenance of the Super intendencies and Headquarters under his charge. Through the design and implementation of established maintenance plans. Ensuring the optimal operation of the network, security conditions, obtaining the opinion of the operation of the network and security of the natural gas distribution system.

Maintain a continuous relationship with CENAGAS through periodic meetings. To carry out mutual aid drills and meet the contact personnel in emergency cases

Generate and maintain relationships with Civil Protection and other Authorities, through work meetings to establish actions to consolidate a Natural Gas safety culture, minimizing the impact with the population in case of emergency.

Requirements: To join our team as Operation and Maintenance Manager , we are looking for:

• Education and Experience: Industrial, Civil, Chemical, Electrician Engineer or career to the end.
• Technical Skills: 

  Technical knowledge, Mechanical Integrity

  Civil work
• Key Competencies: Leadership, decision making, planning and organization, delegation, problem analysis, proactivity, oral communication
• Languages: Advanced English
