Role Objective:

Your Impact: As Key Account Manager you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission, playing a key role in:

1. Develop and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions as well as personalized customer support.
2. Account management which includes:

• Building a relevant portfolio that aligns with the business strategy and drives sustainable portfolio growth, both in gas, electricity and other energy transition products

• Proposing best-in-class (green) energy offerings using physical/financial products

• Negotiating deals on optimal risk/reward terms

• Meeting individual annual margin targets

3. Strictly comply with HSSE Group guidelines to prioritize safety and sustainability; and  ENGIE Mexico policies and guidelines, esp. KYC/AML/Credit risk

Requirements:

1. Energy and/or sales trainings are ideal.
2. Experience: 3 years of experience in equivalent position
3. Techinical skills:

• Excellent understanding of the Mexican Gas and Electricity markets.
• Good knowledge of Electricity / Gas products and services, including risk management / trading products.
• Excellent understanding of utility industry and energy procurement within client organizations.
• Experience in PPAs negotiation.

4. Languages: Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
