QA/Cx Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a QA/Cx Administrative Assistant to join a long-term project in the Mons region. You will support the Quality & Commissioning (QA/Cx) team on a major international project, with the opportunity to grow and develop your career over time.

Your key responsibilities   
As a QA/Cx Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the QA/Cx Lead and ensuring that quality and commissioning processes are properly followed and documented throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities
•    Provide administrative support to the QA/Cx Lead and QA/Cx team
•    Ensure QA/Cx procedures and processes are correctly applied
•    Coordinate and manage QA/Cx documentation and reporting
•    Prepare and issue weekly and monthly reports to the client
•    Ensure reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
•    Support communication between the project team and the client

Who you are   
•    Basic qualification in Quality (Quality Technician or equivalent)
•    Medior-level experience
•    Site experience, preferably with a contracting or construction company
•    Experience in data center projects is a strong advantage
•    Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) requirements
•    Fluent in English (project working language)
•    Resilient, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
