QA CSA Inspector 

Your mission   
The QA CSA Inspector will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and verifying the quality of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on large-scale Data Center projects delivered under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework.
The role ensures that all CSA works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), client standards, and applicable codes, supporting defect-free delivery and readiness for commissioning and handover.

Your key responsibilities 

Quality Inspection & Compliance (CSA)
•    Perform regular site inspections of CSA works in accordance with approved ITPs and quality plans
•    Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and client standards
•    Ensure materials, workmanship, and installation meet project and Data Center quality requirements

Inspection, Testing & Documentation
•    Witness inspections and tests for CSA works as defined in ITPs
•    Review and sign off inspection requests (IRs), material inspection requests (MIRs), and checklists
•    Maintain accurate inspection records, punch lists, and quality documentation

Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
•    Identify, record, and report non-conformances (NCRs) related to CSA works
•    Verify implementation and close-out of corrective and preventive actions
•    Support root cause analysis for recurring quality issues

Coordination & Interface Management
•    Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams on quality matters
•    Liaise with the PMC QA/QC team, design team, and client representatives
•    Support interface management between CSA and MEP works to avoid quality conflicts

Data Center–Specific Responsibilities
•    Inspect CSA works specific to Data Centers, including foundations, slabs, structural frames, architectural finishes, raised floors, plinths, trenches, and external works
•    Ensure compliance with Data Center requirements such as tight tolerances, flatness/levelness, vibration criteria, and durability standards
•    Support phased handovers, readiness milestones, and quality close-out for live or fast-track Data Center environments

Handover & Close-Out Support
•    Support preparation and verification of CSA quality documentation for handover
•    Participate in snagging, punch walks, and final inspections

 

Who you are   

Education
•    Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent

Experience
•    Proven experience as a QA/QC or CSA Inspector on large-scale construction projects
•    Experience on Data Center or mission-critical projects is strongly preferred
•    Experience working in a PMC or client-representative environment is an advantage

Skills & Competencies
•    Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods and quality standards
•    Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and ITPs
•    Strong attention to detail and site presence
•    Good communication and reporting skills
•    Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems is a plus

•    Ensure timely close-out of CSA quality items prior to commissioning and handover
