What you will do:

 

As a Purchase Support Administrator in our Network and Cybersecurity (NCS) division, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining our financial processes and supporting our global IT infrastructure.

 

We Want You

  • Manage day-to-day purchasing operations for the NCS division
  • Act as the single point of contact for purchase requisitions, supplier orders, and invoices
  • Monitor and report on good receipts in collaboration with project team leaders and service delivery managers
  • Create and maintain reports to track project delivery, orders, and payments across the NCS family
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers and accurate invoicing to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the optimization of ordering and invoicing processes for NCS services

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or the strong will to learn of tools for order management (SAP Ariba) and invoice management (Basware), ERP (SAP S4/HANA), ticketing (ServiceNow) and office applications (MS O365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in control management, service delivery or equivalent,
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in an IT support role with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Languages: French and English are mandatory; A strong interaction with Suppliers in France is necessary.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation. Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal clients.
  • Time Management: Efficient time management and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements. Eager to learn and stay updated with new technologies and processes.
  • Analytical mindset, and strong desire to optimize administrative processes
  • Reporting: preparing detailed and accurate reports; ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way to stakeholders.
