We are currently looking for fresh, dynamic minds to join our Trainee Program and contribute to our mission of driving India’s green energy transition.

Program Highlights:

  • Role: Post Graduate Trainee
  • Streams: BTech (Electrical) + MBA/MT Tech - Power Management, Energy Management, Operations
  • Duration: 11 months
  • Location : Pune
  • Batch 2025 passout (60% aggregate score)

Program Structure:

 

Orientation :

  • Overview of the company’s mission, values, and business.
  • HR induction with focus on health and safety, IT systems, and ethics training.

 

Departmental focused training :

  • Training on specific tools and technologies used in the company.
  • Focuses on the fundamentals of industry

 

Stretch Assignments -

  • Hands-on projects to apply the learned skills.

 

Site Induction (1st and 2nd month):

  • Introduction to real-world energy projects with on-site experience.

 

Mentoring and Feedback (Throughout the Program):

  • Each GET is assigned a mentor who provides continuous guidance and support.
  • Regular feedback sessions to discuss performance and address any challenges.

 

Focus on professional development trainings –

  • Focused innervations to improve upon the soft skills

 

Evaluation and Probation Confirmation (End of Program):

  • Final evaluation based on the trainee's performance.
  • Successful trainees are offered a full-time position within ENGIE India.
