- Conduct regular site audits, identify non-conformities, and implement effective corrective action plans.
- Lead incident investigations, ensure timely reporting, and drive root-cause corrective actions to closure.
- Foster a proactive safety culture among site teams, contractors, and partners through training, mock drills, and engagement.
- Monitor and enforce critical safety systems including Permit to Work, LOTO, and risk assessments.
- Analyse site H&S data, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and present insights to the Cluster HSE Manager.
What You Bring

- Government-recognized Advanced Diploma in Industrial Fire & Safety (ADIS) and NEBOSH Diploma or Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of Indian H&S regulations and international safety standards.
- Effective leadership and managerial skills to handle dynamic site situations and guide teams.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities with proficiency in MS Office and data reporting tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel at short notice and manage multiple site priorities simultaneously.
Location
This is a site-based role located at ENGIE O&M and construction sites in Gujarat and Rajasthan, India. The working arrangement is fully on site. Travel to other ENGIE sites across India may be required.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package with clear career progression within a global energy leader.
- Diverse and stimulating missions across multiple renewable energy sites and technologies.
- A collaborative and friendly work environment where safety leadership is valued and recognized.
