As a Civil Structure Senior Engineer or Assistant Manager, you play a central role in shaping how our renewable energy projects are built. You bring technical depth, cross-border experience, and a drive to deliver solutions that last.

 

 

- Conduct site visits across India and overseas during pre-bid, construction, and O&M phases and prepare detailed feasibility and assessment reports.

- Review geotechnical, topographical, and hydrological investigation reports and propose the most suitable engineering solutions.

- Design structural and foundation elements for solar PV plants, BESS, and substations, including module mounting structures and transformer foundations.

- Prepare and review bills of quantity, design basis reports, specifications, QAPs, SOPs, and field quality plans.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to resolve engineering and quality queries during construction.

- Review and modify civil drawings including module mounting structure layouts, roads, and drainage systems.

- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.

 

 

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BE, BTech, or MTech, full-time).

- Eight to ten years of relevant experience in the power generation sector, with strong expertise in solar PV project design and review.

- Hands-on experience in EPC project coordination, BOQ preparation, and design work on overseas projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, L-Pile, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office.

- Solid knowledge of IS, IRC, ASCE, ISO, and BS standards applicable to civil and structural engineering.

- Experience with BESS or wind energy projects is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in English, strong organizational ability, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

 

 

This position is based in Pune, India. The role involves business travel within India and internationally. Working arrangement is not specified.
