Job Description for Assistant Manager Admin

  1. Maintenance of office inventory and supplies.
  2. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  3. Daily office support
  4. Office maintenance and repairs
  5. Payments – vendors, office rents, bills and tracking them
  6. Managing visits, meals, petty cash.
  7. Vendor management
