Additional duties include the following:

  • Assist Project Managers in preparing meeting minutes, reports, and status updates.
  • Support field coordination by ensuring contractor access, safety compliance, and project logistics.
  • Help manage and track submittals, RFIs, and design documentation to ensure timely responses.
  • Prepare and distribute project correspondence, ensuring version control and proper filing.
  • Support the closeout process, including warranty documentation, as-built collection, and lessons learned summaries.
  • Liaise with Georgetown University stakeholders to coordinate schedules, site access, and communications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and reporting processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum two (2–4) years of experience in project coordination, planning, or construction administration.
  • Familiarity with project documentation, scheduling, and reporting practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Experience with document control tools such as Procore, Smartsheet, or SharePoint preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate among diverse project teams.
  • Customer service mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.

Additional Details

  • Eligible for hybrid work where project schedules allow.
  • Regular site visits expected to support active construction projects.
