What You Can Expect
As the Project Coordinator Analyst II, you will support the operation and maintenance of ENGIE Distributed Solar & Storage assets, with an initial focus on battery energy storage system sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other site interventions by working with regional service managers, technicians, contractors, customers, and vendors. Using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking spreadsheets, you will maintain service records, create and close purchase orders, monitor work status, review completed intervention reports, and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies. You will also support federal prevailing-wage compliance by validating contractor information, maintaining audit-ready documentation, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating with project stakeholders and ENGIE’s legal and tax resources.
- Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites while providing backup support for other solar and storage assets as team needs arise.
- Review field-service reports in Scoop, save supporting documentation, and update the corresponding Salesforce cases based on work completed.
- Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and coordinate the resolution of invoice, payment, and documentation issues
What You’ll Bring
- You must have a minimum bachelor’s degree
- You must have a minimum three (3) years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or comparable project activities.
- Experience working in a prevailing-wage environment, including maintaining compliance documentation, reviewing wage-related information, or supporting applicable reporting requirements.
- Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, service documentation, and multiple concurrent work assignments.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint to maintain accurate records, track activities, and communicate status updates.
- The ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, prioritize competing assignments, and complete detailed work accurately and on time.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with project managers, regional service managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal or tax stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or comparable customer relationship management, procurement, and field-service reporting systems.
- The ability to investigate documentation or wage discrepancies, communicate findings, and coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate stakeholders.

- This role is remote eligible.
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.

Compensation
Salary Range: $57,000 – $87,400 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
