Your mission

As Project Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project controls, including cost management, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project control systems to monitor project progress, performance, and key indicators.
• Manage project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyze project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on project status to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Control Manager in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with EPC, EPCM, or CM contracts.
• Strong knowledge of project control tools and methodologies (Primavera P6, cost control systems, etc.).
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.
