This role is open to candidates located near our offices in Spokane, WA or Boston, MA, as well as those based remotely within the United States
The Role:
The Product Manager will develop and execute product strategies that support ENGIE Impact’s goals, meet customer needs, and drive a high level of customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:

Define product vision and roadmap for client-facing features in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog prioritization.
Work closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver shippable products on schedule.
Lead product launches and monitor post-launch adoption, usage, and retention metrics.
Partner with customer-facing teams (sales, account management, support) to gather feedback and communicate product plans.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management across business, design, and engineering.
Use data and qualitative insights to make prioritization decisions and iterate on product features
Experience and Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; Engineering / Computer Science Degree or 5 years in technology with business degree

May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of product management experience delivering client-facing platforms or features.

Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present roadmaps, trade-offs, and results to executives and customers.

Proven strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable product plans.

Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories/requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with SQL for product analytics and measurement.

Experience with usability testing, user research, and customer interviews.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

Experience working on SaaS or other client-facing web platforms.

The target pay range for this role is $97,000-$139,150.
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
