What You Can Expect

The Power Marketing Analyst (II) will be a key member of the Power Marketing team within the Utility-Scale Renewable Development business. As the Power Marketing Analyst II you will be responsible for supporting commercial offtake and project marketing efforts to customers for ENGIE’s project portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Identify and analyze business opportunities and RFPs, actively participating in go/no-go decisions. Lead and coordinate ENGIE’s proposal preparation efforts in response to RFPs.

 

Every day in this role you will:

  • Manage the RFP proposal process in response to a high volume of simultaneous RFPs, collaborating cross-functionally to support bids & strategy
  • Engage with customers by attending meetings and conferences alongside regional leads
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including ENGIE proposals and external documents provided to customers
  • Standardize processes for internal and external engagement to ensure consistency across the Power Marketing team analysts
  • Oversee CRM and intelligence by managing ENGIE CRM for opportunities and developing commercial and competitive intelligence with other groups

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree, economics, finance, mathematics, science, engineering, or related field of study where you have learned contracts/proposals, negotiations, business administration, or similar analytics-based coursework
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in the energy industry within a related sector such as renewables marketing (origination) or proposal development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • High energy and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, proficient writing capabilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Consistent and reliable attendance, efficient time management, self-starter attitude, and a collaborative spirit willing to work with cross-functional departments and external customers

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, a minimum of 3 day working in the office per week
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $77,100 – $118,220 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
