Administrative Assistant – Power Plant II

In this role, you will be the person who keeps the administrative operations running smoothly. You will support different areas, connect people, and ensure that everything happens on time.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform financial, accounting, tax, and administrative routines, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and the Company’s internal procedures.
- Support the manager in preparing the annual budget plan, providing accurate information on CAPEX and OPEX.
- Manage the procurement process, from requesting quotations to contract management and filing procurement documentation.
- Organize corporate travel logistics, including bookings, approvals, cash advances, and expense reporting.
- Follow up on employment termination procedures with the labor union and support the health benefits area with operational activities.
- Provide assistance and support to employees, customers, and internal and external suppliers.
- Comply with and promote the Health, Occupational Safety, and Environmental Management standards applicable to the area.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma required, with a college degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields considered desirable.
- Basic knowledge of administrative routines, contract management, and integrated management systems.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to daily activities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Good numerical skills and agility in problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Oracle or SAP and a valid Category B driver’s license are considered valuable advantages.
