Assure

Implement the strategy to ensure that the development of the Cuxtal II Project is carried out in a safe manner, avoiding accidents through the implementation of ENGIE's Integrated Management System with strict compliance by Own Personnel, OE, EPC's, Contractors and Communities surrounding the Project.

Implement H&S standards, processes and procedures and manage companies, in line with the corresponding contracts, promoting and motivating the participation of all interested parties.

Oversee, in coordination with the OE & Project Management, strict compliance with ENGIE's H&S requirements, standards, programs, group rules and rituals by all those involved in the Project.

Responsibilities and Job Functions:

1. Implement the Safety and Health (H&S) strategy, to achieve the objectives defined by ENGIE México.
2. Plan and implement the activities, in line with the different project stages, considering the co-activity and intervention of each contractor company.
3. Coordinate the implementation of the H&S Management System of the project considering the contractors, as well as control and establish the indicators (KPI's) that apply to the project.
4. Ensure legal compliance and represent before the Authorities (ASEA, STPS, SICT, SESA, CIVIL PROTECTION, COSESA, etc.) and comply with the provisions of the Group in terms of H&S according to the functions of the position.
5. Manage the compliance of the budget and the resources of the H&S Management.
6. Advise and facilitate Internal and External Audits in H&S matters.
7. Implement the training program on H&S in conjunction with the HR area, reviewing the need for reinforcements in case of deficiencies of both own and third-party personnel.
8. Lead the investigation of Accidents and Incidents and verify compliance with the corrective actions derived from their analysis and internal or external events that add value to proactive safety management.
9. Empower and communicate to all project employees so that they are first-hand actors in H&S issues.
10. Comply with the internal and external norms, rules and procedures that apply in terms of Safety and Occupational Health, according to the functions of the position.

Implementar la estrategia para garantizar que el desarrollo del Proyecto Cuxtal II se realice de manera segura, evitando accidentes mediante la implementación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión ENGIE con estricto cumplimiento por parte del Personal Propio, OE, EPC's, Contratistas y Comunidades aledañas al Proyecto.

Implementar los estándares, procesos y procedimientos de HSE y administrar las empresas, en línea con los contratos correspondientes, promoviendo y motivando la participación de todas las partes interesadas.

Supervisar, en coordinación con la OE y la Gerencia del Proyecto, el estricto cumplimiento de los requisitos, estándares, programas, reglas de grupo y rituales de ENGIE por parte de todos los involucrados en el Proyecto.

EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA

Licenciatura, Ingeniería, Técnico en Seguridad Industrial, o afines

Experiencia 8 años en puesto similar.

Español avanzado e Ingles intermedio

CONOCIMIENTOS, ENTRENAMIENTO Y HABILIDADES 

Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente

FUNCIONES: 

1. Implementar la estrategia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (SSMA), para lograr los objetivos definidos por ENGIE México.
2. Planificar e implementar las actividades, de acuerdo con las diferentes etapas del proyecto, considerando la coactividad e intervención de cada empresa contratista.
3. Coordinar la implementación del Sistema de Gestión HSE del proyecto considerando a los contratistas, así como controlar y establecer los indicadores (KPI's) que aplican al proyecto.
4. Velar por el cumplimiento legal y representar ante las Autoridades (ASEA, STPS, SEMARNAT, SICT, SESA, PROTECCIÓN CIVIL, COSESA, etc.) y cumplir con las disposiciones del Grupo en materia de SSMA de acuerdo a las funciones del cargo.
5. Apoyar al Gerente HSE del proyecto en el cumplimiento del presupuesto y los recursos de HSE.
6. Asesorar y facilitar Auditorías Internas y Externas en materia de HSE.7
7. Implementar el programa de capacitación en HSE en conjunto con el área de RRHH, revisando la necesidad de refuerzos en caso de deficiencias tanto del personal propio como de terceros.
8. Liderar la investigación de Accidentes e Incidentes y verificar el cumplimiento de las acciones correctivas derivadas de su análisis y eventos internos o externos que agreguen valor a la gestión proactiva de la seguridad.
9. Capacitar a todos los empleados del proyecto para que sean actores de primera mano en la resolución de los problemas de HSE del proyecto
10. Cumplir con las normas, reglas y procedimientos internos y externos que apliquen en materia de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente, de acuerdo a las funciones del cargo.Cumplir con las normas reglas y procedimientos internos y externos que, en materia de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente apliquen, de acuerdo con las funciones del puesto.
