About the role
We’re looking for a Pay & Benefits Manager who can deliver a smooth, supportive and reliable experience for employees across ENGIE in Australia. You’ll lead our pay and benefits services, oversee the Payroll Officer, and be a trusted, approachable expert for employees, leaders and our global network.

As a leader, you’ll support and develop your team, fostering a positive, friendly and high‑performing environment that reflects ENGIE’s values.
