What You Can Expect

As the Project Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of database documentation and learning how to support the environment to maximize system usage and productivity in our Pasadena, CA office. This internship is for the Summer semester from May 2024 to August 2024.

 

Every day you will be responsible for providing administrative support on the following:

  • Assist with processes, standard operating procedures, and performance control
  • Administration and assist with training of users on the construction management platform (Procore)
  • Will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in engineering,  construction management, or related field
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with database development and management software
  • Ability to work simultaneously on projects
  • Possess great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy

Salary Range:  $21.00 - $34.00 USD hourly

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
