Electrical Maintenance Team Leader

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join our São Salvador Hydroelectric Power Plant (UHSA) in Palmeirópolis, Tocantins. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical maintenance teams, ensuring equipment availability and reliability. Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance activities, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, and compliance with maintenance plans.
• Serve as the technical reference for the electrical team, supporting Technicians I, II, and III in troubleshooting and resolving emergency situations in the field.
• Assign and monitor work orders, ensuring proper prioritization of demands and the efficient use of resources.
• Contribute to equipment reliability through failure analysis and the proposal of continuous process improvements.
• Support annual maintenance planning and scheduled plant outages, working closely with the planning team.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and standards in all team activities.
• Prepare and update technical records, reports, and maintenance documentation using corporate systems and management indicators.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation.
• Advanced knowledge of maintenance management tools, software, and technical documentation systems.
• Advanced knowledge of health, occupational safety, and applicable regulatory standards and procedures.
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical flow diagrams.
• Strong team management, assertive communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of integrated management systems and computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet).
• Preferred qualifications: experience in hydroelectric power plants, proficiency with Siemens digital systems, and previous leadership experience.
