Responsabilities:
- Developing and maintaining commercial relationships with existing and potential partners in the renewable energy sector;
- Proposing new products and structuring, negotiating and monitoring the execution of commercial contracts;
- Developing and managing service offerings for market participants, including products and service packages for renewable energy producers, negotiating commercial terms and coordinating client onboarding;
- Identifying renewable energy producers and providing complete service packages (BRP services, forecasting, trading, power and green certificate procurement), as well as coordinating contract negotiation and execution;
- Developing pricing mechanisms tailored to energy producers’ technical characteristics;
- Contributing to the development of non‑standard products for end customers (long‑term contracts, indexed products, products with embedded options), identifying procurement opportunities;
- Managing the acquisition and valorization of green certificates;
- Monitoring legislation related to green certificates and guarantees of origin;
- Good understanding of Romanian and European energy markets.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (technical or economic field preferred);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting activities;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management;
- Experience in the electricity market (considered an advantage);
- Experience in finance or budgeting activities (considered an advantage);
- Knowledge of the national electricity market and emerging energy markets;
- Understanding of the regulatory framework in the energy sector;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Advanced English language skills;
- Strong organizational and planning abilities;
- Solid analytical and synthesis skills;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Attention to detail;
- Proactive attitude;
- Ability to work under time pressure.
