PMO Analyst - D&IT India

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Digital Solutions team in Pune. In this role, you will support AI initiatives, digital transformation programs, and enterprise-wide technology projects. Your work will bring structure, visibility, and momentum to the projects shaping our energy future.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with ENGIE PMO governance standards across Digital, AI, and GCC projects.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, RAID logs, KPIs, and portfolio-level reporting for leadership visibility.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Product Owners in backlog refinement and user story creation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project execution and delivery quality.
- Track risks, issues, mitigations, and escalations while supporting timely resolution.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation using SharePoint, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
- Conduct retrospective meetings to foster continuous improvement and actionable insights.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or Agile delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum facilitation, sprint metrics, and backlog management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, or SharePoint.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Energy industry experience is a plus.
Location
Pune, India. This is an on-site position within the Digital and IT department. You will collaborate across multiple time zones with global teams.
