Key Responsibilities
- Required Leadership & Technical Competencies (Scale)
- To lead a team for facilities management activities
- Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
- Liaising with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
- To carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- To ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
- To plan and develop the technical officer skills
- To assist the Site Manager in liaising with client for all works
- Prepare monthly reports
- Analyzation of power consumption
- Ensure zero accident
- Strictly follow the preventive maintenance schedule
- Able to take the preventive measures in case of technical problem.
- Plan and manage the operation tasks of his shift.
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the units
- Submit monthly summary of staff overtime every end of the month
- Plan and manage the supply of necessary consumables, spare-parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) visit.
- Strictly follow Engie ethics, health and safety rules.
Requirements
- Degree on Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer or Civil Engineer
- Certification in facilities management is a plus
- Licensed Engineer is a must
